Setting Up Your Account

Welcome to MenuGaze! Getting started takes just a couple of minutes. Head to our signup page and enter your name, email address, and a strong password. We recommend using a password that is at least 12 characters long and includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.

During signup, you will also create your restaurant profile by entering your restaurant name. This name appears at the top of your digital menu, so make sure it matches what your customers know you by.

MenuGaze offers two products designed for different needs:

• PhotoMenu transforms your food photos into a beautiful, professional digital menu. It is perfect for restaurants that want a clean, fast-loading menu their customers can browse by scanning a QR code.
• 3D Menu Pro takes things further by generating interactive 3D models of your dishes. Customers can rotate, zoom, and inspect each item from every angle. This is ideal for restaurants that want to make a strong visual impression and increase engagement.

If you are not sure which product is right for you, start with PhotoMenu. You can always upgrade to 3D Menu Pro later, and your existing menu items will carry over.

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial at the Professional tier. A credit card is required at checkout to start the trial, but you won't be charged until it ends. During the trial you get access to all Professional-level features so you can fully evaluate the platform before committing. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.

You can only use the free trial once per account. When the trial ends, you will need to choose a paid plan to keep your menu active. Your menu items and settings are preserved even if you do not subscribe immediately, so there is no rush.

We will send you an email reminder three days before your trial expires so you have time to decide.

Once your account is created, you will land on your dashboard. From here you can:

1. Complete your restaurant profile (name, URL slug)
2. Add your first menu item with a photo
3. Download your QR code and test it with your phone
