Free Trial Explained
What You Get
Every new MenuGaze account comes with a 14-day free trial. During the trial, you have access to Professional-tier features so you can fully evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan.
The trial includes:
- AI-enhanced photo uploads
- QR code generation and download
- Full menu management (add, edit, organize items)
- Analytics dashboard
- 3D model generation (if you chose 3D Menu Pro)
Credit Card Required at Checkout
A credit card is required when you start your free trial through Stripe checkout. You will not be charged until the 14-day trial ends. This ensures a seamless transition to your chosen plan if you decide to continue.
You can cancel at any time during the trial at no cost. If you cancel before the trial ends, your card will not be charged.
One Trial Per Account
The free trial is available once per account. If you have previously used a trial on your email address, you will not be able to start another one. This policy ensures the trial system remains fair for all users.
If your trial ended and you did not have a chance to evaluate the platform fully, contact our support team. We may be able to help depending on the circumstances.
What Happens When the Trial Ends
Three days before your trial expires, we send you an email reminder so you have time to decide. When the trial ends:
- Your menu items and settings are preserved — nothing is deleted
- Your public menu becomes inactive until you subscribe
- You can still log in and view your dashboard
- You can subscribe to any plan at any time to reactivate
There is no pressure to decide immediately. Your work is safe. When you are ready, go to Dashboard > Settings > Subscription and choose the plan that fits your needs.
